Indian American set for space flight

Indian origin American woman Sunita Williams' flight up to space on board Discovery this Friday has flickers interest in India.

A flight engineer by guidance, her main task would be to re-wire the International Space Station and run its automatic arm during coming six-month stay onboard.

She was born in Massachusetts and her father is from Gujarati descent. Some of her distant family lives in India.
